Diplomová práce je zaměřena na ochranu spotřebitele zejména v individuálním cestovním ruchu. Zajímá se především o legislativu, která tuto problematiku řeší. Dále je v práci zhodnocena současná situace ochrany českého spotřebitele v individuálním cestovním ruchu a následně porovnána se situací britského spotřebitele. A v neposlední řadě se v práci zkoumá, zda se český spotřebitel zajímá o svá práva v této oblasti a zdali je dostatečně informován o rozdílech mezi individuálním cestovním ruchem a organizovaným cestovním ruchem. The thesis is focused on protecting consumers, especially in the individual tourism. Interested mainly on legislation that covers this. The study also evaluated the current situation of the Czech consumer protection in individual tourism and then compared with the situation of the British consumer. And last but not least, the thesis examines whether Czech consumers cares about their rights in this area, and whether it is sufficiently informed about the differences between individual tourism and organized tourism.
