Práce se zabývá regulačními úmluvami a nástroji v oblasti ochrany klimatického systému Země. Je zde zmíněna historie ochrany klimatu minulého století až po současnost. Jsou tu jmenovány a popsány nejdůležitější organizace, které se zabývají ochranou životního prostředí a klimatem, či pouze nezávislým výzkumem. Další část práce pojednává o mezinárodních úmluvách jako je Kjótský protokol a Rámcová úmluva OSN o změně klimatu a dalších úmluvách s nepřímou souvislostí se změnou klimatu. Je zde také rozebráno fungování evropské legislativy, provedení úmluv do praxe a legislativa České republiky a jejich zákonů provádějící nadřazené evropské právo. Poslední část se věnuje mým jistým doporučením k mezinárodní politice ochraně klimatu. This study deals with regulatory conventions and instruments on the protection of Earth's climate system. The history of the last century of climate changes to date. There are named and described important organizations dealing with the protection of the environment and climate and independent researches. Another part deals with international conventions such as the Kyoto Protocol and United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and other conventions with indirect relation to climate change. It also explores the functioning of European legislation, implementing conventions into practice and legislation of the Czech Republic and their laws implementing superior European law. The last part deals with some of my recommendations for international climate protection policy.
