V bakalářské práci jsem se zabývala porovnáním metod stanovení obsahu mykotoxinů v obilninách. První částí je recentní přehled, ve kterém jsem popsala rozdělení mykotoxinů, popsala jsem toxinogenní plísně a produkované mykotoxiny. Uvedla jsem charakteristiku nejznámějších mykotoxinů a popsala některé analytické metody pro stanovení mykotoxinů. V druhé části jsem se zabývala analýzou vzorků obilovin. Celkem bylo analyzováno 12 vzorků paralelní analýzou, která měla určit přesnost měření. Analýza byla provedena pomocí tří analytických metod, a to ROSA pro DON a ZEA, Reveal Q+ pro DON, DON RAPID pro DON, Veratox pro ZEA a referenční metodou byla metoda HPLC. Byl zaznaménán rozdíl paralelním měřením, výsledky mykotoxinů analyzovaných různými metodami se lišili. Nelze říci, jaká metoda je přesnější. In the Bachelor thesis I have dealt with a comparison of methods for determination of mycotoxins in cereals. The first part is a recent survey, in which I described the distribution of mycotoxins, I described the toxigenic fungi and produced mycotoxins. I noted the characteristics of the best-known mycotoxin and described some of the analytical method for the determination of mycotoxins. In the second part I focused on analysis of cereal samples. A total of 12 samples were analyzed by parallel analysis, that should determine the accuracy of the measurement. Analysis was performed using three methods of analysis, and ROSA for ZEA and DON, Reveal Q + for DON DON DON RAPID, Veratox for ZEA and the reference method was HPLC method. Difference was observed in the parallel measurements, the results of mycotoxins analyzed by various methods differed. We can not say which method is more accurate.
