Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na možnosti ekonomického rozvoje velmi malých obcí a na úlohu primárního sektoru na příkladu obce Katov. Nejprve je vyhodnocena rozsáhlá literatura ohledně venkovských sídel, problematiky malých obcí a jejich rozvojových možnostech. Dále řeší postavení malých obcí v Jihomoravském kraji na základě výsledků sčítání lidu a situaci na trhu práce. Dále jsou vyhodnocené dostupné informace o současném stavu obce Katov v rámci Tišnovska z hlediska geografické polohy, demografického vývoje a struktury, ekonomické aktivity, technické a dopravní infrastruktury a sociální problematiky. Hlavním úkolem bylo provést vlastní terénní zjišťování v obci pomocí sociologických metod, jako např. rozhovory s významnými subjekty týkající se ekonomiky obce, především otázek rozpočtu. Zjištěné poznatky jsou zpracovány v tabulkách a grafech. Na závěr jsou navržené rozvojové možnosti obce. Bachelor thesis is focused on the possibilities for economic development of very small villages and the role of the primary sector in the example of the village Katov. First, it evaluates the extensive literature regarding country residences, the issue of small villages and their development prospects. Thesis deals furthermore with the position of small villages in the South Moravian region based on the results of the census and the labor market situation. There are also evaluated the available information about the current state of the village Katov within Tischnov region in terms of geographic location, demographic trends and structure of economic activity, technical and transport infrastructure and social issues. The main task was to conduct its own field survey in the village using sociological methods, eg. interviews with important subjects on the economy of the village, especially budget issues. The findings are presented in tables and graphs. The proposed development possibilities of the village are described in the conclusion.
