Tato diplomová práce se zabývá pojednáním o legislativních aspektech v oblasti ochrany ovzduší v zařízeních, která nakládají se stavebním a demoličním odpadem. Obecně a poté konkrétně je pro dané zařízení charakterizována legislativa v oblasti ochrany ovzduší a nakládání se stavebním odpadem. Součástí práce je popsání technologie recyklace stavebního a demoličního odpadu a zařízení k recyklaci ve firmě MORAVOSTAV Brno, a.s. stavební společnost. Metodika práce zahrnuje údaje o postupu získávání informací pro vypracování provozního řádu pro dané zařízení, který je obsažen v praktické části. Diskuse pojednává o rozdílnostech v požadavcích pro schvalování provozních řádů v různých krajích. This diploma thesis investigates a treatise of legislative aspects in the field of air protection in institutions that deal with construction and demolition waste. Legislation of air protection and management of construction waste is characterised generally and then for a specific institution. A part of this thesis is a description of a recycling technology of construction and demolition waste and equipment for recycling in the company MORAVOSTAV Brno, joint-stock building company. The methodology of the thesis contains information about the process of gaining information for a creation of operating systems for a certain institution. This process is described in the practical part of the thesis. The discussion deals with differences in requirements for approval of operating systems in different regions.
