Hlavním cílem literární části této bakalářské práce bylo zpracovat a zhodnotit problematiku pěstovaní, nutriční hodnotu a využití lilku vejcoplodého. Dalším cílem bylo založit praktický experiment, zanalyzovat obsahové látky. Snahou této práce bylo zhodnotit získané informace, nové poznatky a vyhodnotit praktický závěr. Na základě vyhodnocení byly zjištěny rozdíly jednotlivých kultivarů ve sklizni i v obsahu nutričních hodnot. Z hlavních minerálních látek bylo zjištěno, že obsah draslíku a hořčíku u odrůd 'ZELENÉ JABLKO' a 'LONG GREEN' (které se od sebe vzájemně průkazně nelišily) dosahuje statisticky nejvyšších hodnot. Při hodnocení antioxidantů nejvyšších hodnot dosahovala odrůda 'CLARA F1', která byla statisticky vysoce průkazně odlišná od všech ostatních odrůd lilku. The practical part of thesis is devoted to the establishment of the experiment, which was based on the ground of Faculty of Horticulture. 18 cultivars, which were compared with each other in terms of yield and the 6 of the cultivars in terms of nutritional value, were observed. Based on the evaluation differences of individual cultivars were found within and harvest and in the content of nutritional values. Among the main minerals it found that the content of potassium and magnesium in varieties 'ZELENÉ JABLKO' and 'LONG GREEN' (which were significantly differ from each other) reaches statistically highest values. When evaluating antioxidants highs reaching variety 'CLARA F1', which was statistically highly significantly different from all other varieties of eggplant.
