Cílem této práce je ověřit efektivní vynaložení veřejných prostředků do vybraného projektu. Hodnocení je provedeno ex-post za pomoci CUA metody. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V první, teoretické, části práce popisuje možnosti spolupráce obcí, strategické plánování a projektový cyklus včetně jeho hodnocení. Zároveň je představeno území mikroregionu Stražiště, pro které byl projekt určen. Druhá, praktická, část charakterizuje stručně samotný projekt a následně jsou vyhodnoceny výsledky CUA analýzy a dotazníkového šetření. The subject of this bachelor thesis is to verify the effectiveness of public resources invested in the selected project. The evaluation is performed ex-post with assistance of Cost Utility Analysis. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The literature review is the first part and it describes options of municipalities collaboration, strategy planning and project cycle including its evaluation. There is introduced an area of microregion Stražiště, in which was the project realized. The practical part is second and it describes the project briefly. Then the results of CUA analysis and results of questionnaire survey are evaluated.
