Bakalářská práce se zabývá rozvojem místních akčních skupin v České republice, zvláště rozvojem v oblasti financování. Hlavním cílem této práce je navrhnout doporučení pro MAS Most Vysočiny. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí, teoretické a praktické. V první části jsou rozebírány základní pojmy týkající se tématu, například regionální rozvoj, venkovské regiony, metoda Leader, místní akční skupina, aktéři regionálního rozvoje, spolupráce a partnerství municipalit. Jsou zde také analyzovány finanční zdroje MAS. V druhé části, vlastní práci, je charakterizovaná MAS Most Vysočiny. Tato část zahrnuje výsledky kvalitativního šetření, které je spojeno se zmíněnou MAS. The bachelor thesis deals with development of local action groups in the Czech Republic, especially with development in the area of financing. The main goal of this thesis is to propose measures for the LAG Most Vysočiny. The thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical. In the first theoretical part, basic terms related to the theme are discussed, for example regional development, rural regions, the Leader method, local action group, regional participants, cooperation or partnership of municipalities. There are also analyzed financial sources for all LAGs. In the second part, the own work, the LAG Most Vysočiny is characterized. This part includes results of qualitative research, which is connected with the mentioned LAG.
