Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem Polyfunkčního bytového domu v Horsens, Dánsku. Navrhovaný objekt bude sloužit v přízemí pro administrativu a obchod, v druhém a třetím podlaží jsou umístěny byty. Architektonické řešení vychází z čistých a jednoduchých znaků funkcionalismu. Objekt tvoří dva symetrické kvádry s plochou střechou spojené centrálním venkovním schodištěm. Materiálové řešení domu je postaveno na použití moderních a kvalitních materiálů, jako je bílá omítka, ocelové zábradlí balkonů s dřevěným roštem na podlaze, prosklené vitríny a francouzská okna. Z konstrukčního hlediska se jedná o nosný stěnový systém z Porothermu s železobetonovými prefabrikovanými stropními panely. The bachelor’s thesis deals with project of Multifuntional dwelling house in Horsens, Denmark. This designed object will be used in the first floor for a administrative and bussines and in the second and third floor are situated flats. Architectural solution is based on pure and simple characters of functionalism. The building consists of two symetric boxes with flat roof and central outdoor staircase. Material solution of the building is based on the using modern and high-quality materials as a white plaster, steel railing of balconies with indented beam on the floor and big glass windows. Construction is made as a load-bearing wall system made from Porotherm and prefa ceiling panels made from reinforced concrete.
