Společnost ABC spol. s r.o. v současné době využívá outsourcing v oblasti informačních technologií, který se pro společnost stává nevyhovujícím. Řešením by mohlo být přijetí nového zaměstnance do IT oblasti. Bakalářská práce analyzuje problémy, které ve společnosti vznikají a po srovnání outsourcingu a pracovního poměru navrhne podnikateli vhodné řešení. The bachelor thesis aims to deal with information technologies administration matter in ABC spol. s r.o. This engineer´s office presently uses outsourcing, which entails certain issues. Hiring a new employee to handle IT administration matters could be the solution to such issues. The thesis analyzes particular issues, that are encountered by the company management and provides them an appropriate solution, after outsourcing vs. employment comparison.
