Navržené řešení urbanistické struktury v městské části Brno – Komín odráží současnou poptávku po bydlení v rodinném domě. Součástí jsou návrhy tří hlavních typů obytných objektů (dvojdomek, trojdomek, řadový domek). Urbanisticky návrh využívá tradiční město-tvorné prvky, jako jsou ulice, alej, náměstí. Každý objekt má navíc vlastní zahradu. Celkový koncept využívá mnoho prvků charakteristických pro pasivní výstavbu. Topografické řešení respektuje současnou okolní výstavbu. Proposed solutions of the urban structure in the city of Brno - Komin reflects the current demand for housing in the family house. It includes designs of three major types of residential buildings (semi-detached, building of three residental unit, terraced house). Urban design uses traditional town-forming elements such as street, avenue, square. Each building also has its own garden. The overall concept uses many elements characteristic for passive housing. Topographic solution respects current surrounding development.
