Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou současného stavu vybrané firmy působící v oblasti provozování nestátního zdravotnického zařízení vycházející z metod zkoumání vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí a následné stanovení SWOT matice. Výstupem práce je návrh strategie rozvoje zkoumané společnosti za pomocí aplikace metody Balance Scorecard (BSC). Bachelor thesis analyzes the current state of the selected company in the area of a non-governmental medical facility operation based on the methods of examination of the external and internal environment and the subsequent determination of SWOT matrix. Outcome of this work is to design a strategy for the development of the company examined using methods Balance Scorecard (BSC).
