Tématem této bakalářské práce je analýza současného stavu vymáhání pohledávek u vybrané společnosti se zaměřením na zajištění pohledávek a jejich vymáhání po lhůtě splatnosti. V teoretické části práce je objasněna podstata závazkových vztahů, ze kterých pohledávky obvykle vznikají. Teoretická část dále vymezuje vznik pohledávek, jejich zajištění, promlčení a vymáhání soudní i mimosoudní. Pohledávky jsou charakterizovány i z účetního a daňového hlediska. Analytická část obsahuje představení společnosti a analýzu současného stavu vymáhání pohledávek společnosti. V závěru práce jsou uvedena navrhovaná řešení, která by měla přispět ke snížení rizika vzniku pohledávek po splatnosti u vybrané společnosti. The theme of of this bachelor thesis is the analysis the current state of a selected company, focusing on securing and enforcement of receivables. In the theoretical part is the substance of the contractual relationships in which receivables usually arise. The theoretical part discusses the emergence of receivables, collateral, prescription and enforcement of judicial and non-judicial. Receivables are characterized from an accounting and tax perspective. The analytical part contains a presentation of the company and analyze the current state debt collection company. The conclusion presented solutions that should help to reduce the risk of overdue debts in the selected company.
