Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením dle platných právních předpisů České republiky. Podává přehled základních pojmů z oblasti pracovního práva, daní a ekonomiky, spojených se zaměstnáváním těchto osob. Předkládá návrhy pro zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením, které jsou pro zaměstnavatele nejen ekonomicky, ale i morálně výhodné. The Bachelor thesis deals with an employment of people with disabilities in accordance with applicable regulations of the Czech Republic. It provides an overview of concepts in the field of labor law, taxation and economics, connected with employing these people. It presents proposals to the employment of people with disabilities that are not only economically, but also morally profitable for an employer.
