Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vytvoření podnikatelského plánu rozvoje společnosti Sezako Přerov s.r.o. V teoretické části se nacházejí informace o tvorbě podnikatelského záměru. Práce dále obsahuje analýzu současného stavu a na jejím základě návrh řešení. Snaží se o nalezení příležitosti, v provozované činnosti a následné navrhnutí plánu, který by pomohl ke zvýšení zisku, k stabilizaci a navýšení tržního podílu a upevnil obchodní postavení firmy. This bachelor thesis focuses on the creation of business development plan of company Sezako Přerov Ltd. Theoretical section contains information about creating business plan. The thesis also contains an analysis of the current situation and on the basis of proposal to solution. On finding opportunities in operating activities and consecutive devising a plan that would help to increase profits, to stabilize and increase market share and consolidate business position of the company.
