Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na popis a rozbor výrobního a logistického systému firmy PEVEKO, spol. s r.o. Nejprve vysvětluje obecné pojmy problematiky logistiky a zlepšování procesů, v další části popisuje aktuální stav výroby v podniku. Ve třetí části obsahuje návrhy na zlepšení v oblasti zlepšení materiálového toku a standardizaci pracovního prostředí vedoucí k snížení plýtvání nadbytečným pohybem materiálu či lidských zdrojů. The bachelor thesis focuses on the description and analysis of the production and logistics system in a company PEVEKO, spol. s r.o. At first it explains the general concepts of the issue of logistics and improvement of processes, the next part it analyzes the actual situation in the company´s production. The final part contains the suggestions that could advance material flow and reduce the waste caused by redundant material or employee transfer.
