Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na sestavení podnikatelského záměru pro založení společnosti. Nejprve se zabývá teoretickou částí, kde jsou popsány pojmy týkající se podnikání, dále se zde definuje podnikání v hotelnictví a gastronomii, financování podnikatelské činnosti a také je tu rozebrána struktura podnikatelského plánu. V praktické části se aplikují poznatky z teorie na konkrétní návrh podnikatelského plánu pro založení podniku v oboru hotelnictví a gastronomie. This thesis focuses on the preparation of a business plan for the establishment of the company. In the theoretical section describes concepts related to business. Furthermore, is here defined entrepreneurship in hospitality and gastronomy and business financing. This thesis also analyzes the structure of the business plan. In the practical part are applied knowledge of the theory to the specific proposal of a business plan for the establishment of the company in the field of hotel and gastronomy.
