Obsahem bakalářské práce „Uplatnění procesního řízení u výrobního podniku“ je představení návrhu na změnu funkčního řízení na řízení procesní ve výrobním podniku. Z výsledků analýzy vybraného produktu pak vznikne návrh, podle kterého implementujeme procesní řízení do podniku. Výsledky návrhu změříme a zhodnotíme, jestli mají pro podnik smysl. The abstrakt of bachelor thesis „The Application of Process Management in the Production Enterprise“ is presenting design change from functional form of management to procces one. From analysis results of chosen product will be formed a design. On the base of this design, procces management will be implemented into enterprise management. Results of design will be measured and examined the gains for the whole company.
