Tato bakalářská práce na téma „Posouzení informačního systému a návrh změn“ se zabývá analýzou současného stavu informačního systému společnosti GMA Stanztechnik spol. s.r.o. Tato společnost se zaměřuje na výrobu lisovaných a přesně stříhaných dílců pro automobilový průmysl. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část se zabývá analýzou stávajícího stavu informačního systému, kde za použití odborných metod dojde ke zhodnocení celého systému. Ve druhé části na základě výsledků budou navrženy změny. The thesis "Assessment of the Information System and Improvement Proposal" deals with the current condition of the information system of GMA, s.r.o., Stanztechnik, a business producing specialized components for the automotive industry. In the first part of the work, the current condition of the information system is evaluated and analysed using appropriate professional methods. In the second part, adjustments which would lead to the improvement of the whole system based on the results of the analytical part will be proposed.
