Předmětem bakalářská práce je analýza společnosti MMB Consulting, s.r.o., která se zabývá realizací staveb v Jihomoravském kraji. Obsahem práce je vypracování SLEPTE analýzy, Porterova modelu pěti konkurenčních sil a SWOT analýzy. Na základě provedených analýz jsou nakonec navrženy způsoby zlepšení současné situace společnosti. Subject of this thesis is the analysis the MMB Consulting company, which is engaged in construction of buildings in the South Moravian region. The thesis includes SLEPTE analysis, Porter's five forces model and SWOT analysis. Based on the analyzes are finally propose ways to improve the current situation of the company.
