Bakalářská práce vymezuje srovnání národních účetních systémů České republiky a Spolkové republiky Německo. Jsou porovnány hlavní rozdíly v účetních soustavách obou států v oblasti vedení účetnictví, výkaznictví a oceňování. Účetní systémy jsou vymezeny především na základě právních norem obou států. Zjištěné rozdíly jsou rozvedeny a zdůvodněny. This bachelor thesis defines the comparison of national accounting systems in the Czech Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany. There are the major differences in the financial systems of both countries especially in the area of accounting, reporting and valuation. Accounting systems are defined mainly on the basis of the legal rules of both states. The differences found are discussed and justified.
