Tato práce se zabývá studií štíhlé výroby při zaměření na zajištění materiálových prvků ve firmě Siemens Industrial Turbomachinery v Brně, která se zabývá výrobou parních turbín. Na základě teoretických poznatků jsou v této práci zavrhnuta opatření, která by měla zabezpečit plynulost zakázky v oblasti výroby. This thesis is about lean manufacturing especialy focusing on material elements in Siemens Industrial Turbomachinery in Brno which builds steam turbines. Based on theoretical knowledge there are suggested ways which should secure continuity of order in manufacturing.
