Bakalářská práce se zabývá vytvořením podnikatelského záměru rozvoje firmy STROJÍRNA OSLAVANY, spol. s r. o. Popisuje současný stav firmy, na jehož základě je zpracován návrh firemní strategie, která by měl pomoci upevnit pozici firmy na trhu a zajistit její další rozvoj. This Bachelor’s thesis deals with the creation of the business development plan of company STROJÍRNA OSLAVANY Ltd. It describes the current condition of the company and on the basis of this informations suggests the suggestion of the corporate strategy, which should be helpful to establish the company's position on the market and assure her further development.
