Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je sestavení podnikatelského plánu pro provoz a rozvoj podniku působícího v pohostinství. S tím souvisí vypracování analýz trhu, rizik, konkurence a navrhnutí organizačního, finančního a marketingového plánu. Má práce bude vycházet jak z mých teoretických znalostí získaných při studiu tak z praktických poznatků a zkušeností provozovatelů daného podniku. The object of my bachelors work is to set up a business plan for operation and developement of the company operating in the hospitanty industry. This is connected with the development of market analysis, risk management, competition and devising organizational, financial and marketing plan. My work will be based on my theoretical knowledge gained in the study and practical knowledge and experience of the operators of the business.
