Bakalářská práce se zabývá srovnáním zdaňování příjmů daňových nerezidentů fyzických osob v České republice a ve Velké Británii. Popisuje prameny práva a daně z příjmů fyzických osob v obou zemích a obsahuje příklady zdaňování daňových nerezidentů fyzických osob, které jsou zaměřeny především na zdaňování příjmů ze závislé činnosti. V závěru práce je uvedeno porovnání výpočtů daně z příjmů daňových nerezidentů fyzických osob a možnosti optimalizace daňové povinnosti poplatníka. Bachelor thesis deals with a comparison of taxation of income tax non-resident individuals in the Czech republic and Great Britain. It describes the sources of law and income taxes in both countries and includes examples of taxation of income tax non-resident individuals, which are focused on incomes from employment. In conclusion of this thesis there is stated a comparison of income non - resident tax calculation and the possibilities of tax optimization.
