Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o změnách v zákoně č. 586/1992 Sb., o dani z příjmu, které proběhly od roku 2008 do roku 2011. Zabývá se problematikou zdanění přííjmů fyzických osob ze závislé činnosti a funkčních požitků. V teoretické části popisuje obecné daňové principy České republiky. Praktická část shrnuje novelizace zákona a zkoumá dopady změn na různé skupiny poplatníků. Cílem je zhodnocení dopadu změn na výslednou daňovou povinnost poplatníka. The batchelor thesis focusis on legislative changes of the Law of Income no. 586/1992 Co. from 2008 till 2011. It deals with the issue of taxation of individuals income from employment and functional benefits. The theoretical part describes the general tax principles of the Czech Republic. The practical part summerizes the amendment Act and examines the impact of changes on different groups of taxpayers. The aim is to evaluate the impacts on the resulting tax liability of the taxpayer.
