Tato práce obsahuje analýzu procesů společnosti, jimi kladené nároky na funkční podporu informačním systémem a analýzu současného stavu informačního systému. Na základě těchto analýz jsou zde navrhovány změny v procesech a jednotlivých subsystémech informačního systému pro zefektivnění činnosti společnosti. This work includes analysis of company processes, their demands on operational support by information system and analysis of current condition of information system. Based on this analysis, there are also several adjustments in processes and information system designed to make company work more efficient.
