Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou přechodu fyzické osoby na společnost s ručením omezeným. Hodnotí klady a zápory těchto forem podnikání. Cílem práce je navrhnout podnikateli kdy by bylo vhodné přejít na jinou formu podnikání, všechny potřebné kroky k tomuto přechodu a výhody a nevýhody jejího zdanění. This bachelor thesis focuses on analysis of transformation of a self-employed person into a limited liability company. The work compares positive and negative aspects of these types of business. The aim of this work is to propose when it is good time for a self-employed person to transform self-employment into another form of business, all steps necessary for this transformation and taxation advantages and disadvantages.
