Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení celkové finanční situace společnosti operující ve stavebním odvětví. Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza této situace konkrétními metodami a předložení návrhů na její zlepšení. V první části jsou popsány jednotlivé metody a teoretická východiska pro zpracování fundamentální a finanční analýzy. V druhé části práce jsou jednotlivé metody aplikovány a v poslední části jsou předložena klíčová doporučení pro zlepšení zjištěné finanční situace společnosti. The Bachelor thesis is focused on evaluating the overall financial position of company operating in the construction industry. The aim of the thesis is to analyze this situation by specific methods and provide proposals for its improvement. The first section describes the various methods and theoretical basis for the elaboration of fundamental and financial analysis. In the second part, the different methods are applied and in the last section the key recommendations for improvement are presented.
