Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou průběhu zakázky ve vybraném výrobním podniku. Analýza je provedena ve společnosti ESB Elektrické stroje, a. s. Na základě výsledků zpracovaných v praktické části jsou navrženy změny, které vedou ke zlepšení průběhu zakázky v dané společnosti. The aim of this thesis is to deal with commission process issue in the manufacturing company. The analysis is carried out at the company ESB Elektrické stroje, a. s. The key part of the thesis is the concept of revision, based on the result processed in the practical part, which should lead to improvement of the processes of the contracts in the company.
