Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku provádění oprav a technického zhodnocení na najatém majetku. Na základě teoretických východisek, uvedených v první části práce, je zaměřena na řešení situace po provedení stavebních úprav na najatých nebytových prostorách. Zabývá se možnými variantami splácení těchto úprav. This bachelor´s thesis is focusing on the problems of repoirs and technical improvements of leased assets. On the basis of theoretic ways in the first part is focused on resolve the situation after making alterations of leased commercial premises. It deals with possible variants of repaying this alterations.
