Bakalářská práce analyzuje na základě podnikových materiálů, dotazníkového šetření a rozhovorů se zaměstnanci i zaměstnavateli podniku pracovní podmínky podniku KON-KYS s.r.o. Poskytuje informace o současném stavu pracovních podmínek v podniku a nabízí řešení na jejich zlepšení. This bachelor’s thesis analyses the working conditions of the KON-KYS s.r.o. Company on the basis of company materials, a questionnaire survey and interviews with company employees and employers. It provides information about the current situation with regard to working conditions within the company and offers solutions for improvement of these conditions.
