Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením. Obsahuje analýzu možností zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením, na jejímž závěru se ukázalo, že zaměstnavatel ABC nevyužívá optimálně možnosti k zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením. Poté byly vytvořeny návrhy, jak zaměstnat osoby se zdravotním postižením u zvoleného zaměstnavatele ABC. This bachelor thesis deals with the employment of people with health disability. The work contains an analysis of employment opportunities for people with health disability which shows that the employer do not optimally use options for employing of people with health disability. The thesis makes several suggestions for the employer of how to improve the current situation.
