Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vymáhání obchodněprávních pohledávek po splatnosti. Její součástí je všeobecný přehled vzniku a zániku pohledávek, jejich zajištění a způsobů jejich vymáhání jak mimosoudní cestou, tak dle občanského soudního řádu a exekučního řádu. Práce obsahuje návrh na zavedení efektivního systému vymáhání pohledávek u podnikatele Vladimíra Trojana. This thesis deals with commercial-law debt collection problems after maturity date. The thesis consists of general overview on the inception and expiry of debts, their ensurance and possibilities of their out-of-court way collection or the collection according to the civil court code and extortion code. The document contains the proposal for the entrepreneur Vladimír Trojan effective debt collection system.
