V této bakalářské práci se budu zabývat Řízením průběhu zakázky výrobou. K tomuto tématu jsem si vybrala konkrétní firmu, u které jsem čerpala podklady a následně zpracovávala postup realizace zakázky. V práci jsem se dále zaměřila na analýzu současné firemní situace a zabývala se vlastními návrhy řešení. Tyto návrhy jsem aplikovala a následně posoudila jejich přínos. In this bachelor thesis I will deal with managing the contract through production. I chose a particular company for this theme, where I drew materials from and then processed the procedure of the contract implementation. Further I focused on the analysis of the current business situation and on my own proposal of resolutions in my work. I applied these proposals and consequently consider their benefits.
