Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou poskytování cestovních náhrad. Vychází z teoretických poznatků a hledá optimální pravidla a postupy vyplácení cestovních náhrad pro konkrétní společnost. V praktické části obsahuje analýzu současné situace společnosti a návrh směrnice pro vyplácení cestovních náhrad. Na závěr řeší příklady pracovních cest společnosti a ukazuje tak uplatnění směrnice při stanovení cestovních náhrad v praxi. Bachelor’s work deals with problems travel reimbursements. Summarizes theoretical knowledge and looks for optimal rules and procedures of providing travel reimbursements in the company. The practical part contains analysis of present circumstances in the company and concept of giudeline for the travel reimbursements. In conclusion deals with examples of travel reimbursements in company and demonstrates possibility of using the guideline.
