Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vytvořením návrhu podnikatelského záměru, jehož předmětem je založení nové účetní a daňové kanceláře. Práce se skládá z části teoretické, analytické a z vlastního návrhu řešení. V teoretické části jsou uvedena klíčová východiska a poznatky, které jsou aplikovány v další části práce. Analýza je zaměřena zejména na současné prostředí firmy. V části vlastního návrhu řešení je zpracován samotný podnikatelský záměr, obsahující návrhy organizačního, marketingového a finančního plánu. This Bachelor thesis deals with a business plan proposal formation. Subject of this proposal is establishment of a new accounting and tax office. The work is composed of theoretical and analytical parts and actual proposal solution. Key finding and resources mentioned in the theoretical part are applied in the rest of the work. Analysis is aimed mostly on the current company setting. The part of actual proposal solution covers the respective business plan which contains organisational, marketing and financial plan proposals.
