Předmětem bakalářské práce je zjištění a analýza vnitřních procesů podniku (včetně okolí) ATEK s. r. o., jenž povede k tvorbě komplexní jednotky vybrané části informačního systému K2 (dále jen IS K2). První část práce je věnována teoretické stránce – zpracování a uspořádání získaných podkladů. Druhá část je věnována charakteristice podniku a konkrétním výsledkům - praktickým poznatkům, postupům a návrhům, které vedou k úspěšnému zavedení IS K2. The aim of my bachelor´s thesis is location and analysis of internal processes of company (incl. outskirts), which leads to creation complex unit of chosen part of information system K2. The first part of my thesis is marks to theoretical respect – processing and ordering of acquired information. The second part is marks to characteristic of company and concrete results - practical pieces of knowledge, actions and concepts, which leads to successful implementation of information system K2.
