Bakalářská práce se zabývá srovnáním různých přístupů v oblasti závazků zaměstnavatelů vůči zaměstnancům dle české účetní legislativy a zaměstnaneckých požitků dle Mezinárodních účetních standardů. Cílem práce je porovnat a analyzovat rozdílné přístupy ve vykazování zaměstnaneckých požitků. Bachelor thesis compares different attitudes of employers towards employees according to czech accounting legislation and employees perks according to International Accounting Standards. The aim of thesis is to compare and analyse different attitudes in presenting employees benefits.
