Bakalářská práce „Návrh optimálního investičně-střadatelského programu“ popisuje hledání nejvhodnějšího rozložení finančních prostředků do portfolia pojistných a spořících produktů. Cílem této práce pak bude návrh systému smluv, který umožní maximální snížení základu daně z příjmů fyzických osob na základě možných odpočtů. První část práce bude věnována přehledu pojistných a spořících produktů na českém trhu. Ve druhé části se autor zabývá možností optimalizace daně z příjmů fyzických osob prostřednictvím využití pojistných a spořících produktů. Třetí část bude obsahovat komparaci s obdobnými produkty na některých zahraničních trzích a zhodnocení investičních podmínek v České republice.
This bachelor’s thesis “Project of an optimal investment and savings programme” gives general information about finding the most suitable decomposition of finances into a portfolio of insurance and saving products. This combination of contracts will have the effect of maximum decrease of income tax in according to various deductions. The first part of the thesis is focused on survey of insurance and savings products in Czech Republic. In the second part the author identifies decrease of income tax by means of insurance and saving products. The third part includes the comparison with similar products of foreign insurance markets and an evaluation of investment conditions in Czech Republic.
