Práce se zabývá informačním systémem zvolené firmy. Mezi hlavní cíle patří objektivní zhodnocení tohoto informačního systému a navržení možných změn. Pro zhodnocení daného IS byly použity především metody HOS8 a SWOT, na jejichž základě byly nastíněny konkrétní postupy pro vylepšení a zefektivnění tohoto informačního systému. This thesis deals with information system of selected company. Main objectives are assessment of this information system and proposal of possible changes. For adjudication of IS were primarily employed HOS8 and SWOT. On the basis of these methods were described specific procedures for improvement and increase efficiency of this information system.
