Bakalářská práce pojednává o procesu sledování nákladů a o implementaci vnitropodnikového účetnictví tak, aby měly sledované náklady vypovídající hodnotu pro vedení firmy. Obsahuje varianty, postupy a potřebné informace k utvoření optimálního vnitropodnikového účetnictví. This bachelor´s thesis deal with procedure of costs monitoring and the manager accounting implementation so that the monitored costs have predicative value for the management. It includes variants, procedures and necessary informations to form the optimum manager accounting in practice.
