Bakalářská práce se zabývá financováním developerských projektů. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na možnosti financování developerských projektů. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu možností financování pro realizaci konkrétního projektu. This bachelor´s thesis deal with funding of development projects. The theoretical part of my thesis is focused on funding methods of development projects. The practical part of this thesis includes the analysis of prospects financing for realization concrete project.
