Tato práce se zabývá problematikou podnikových informačních systémů (ERP – Enterprises Resource Planning) a jejich inovací, respektive inovací informačního systému konkrétní firmy. Jejím hlavním cílem je analýza stávajícího informačního systému v návaznosti na podnikové procesy a vyhodnocení pro firmu nejlepšího možného řešení. This thesis deals with the enterprise information systems and their innovation. Or more precisely with the innovation of the enterprise information system in concrete company. Main objective lies in current enterprise information system analysis according to business processes and best solution proposal.
