Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou současného stavu firmy Stim tools a.s., jejího okolí a rozborem faktorů působících na zákazníky. Východiskem této práce jsou teoretické poznatky z oblasti marketingu, které jsou v praktické části aplikovány na popis firmy a na základě zjištěných informací je uveden návrh rozvoje a zlepšení marketingových činností pro tento podnikatelský subjekt. This bachelor thesis analyses existing conditions of Stim tools, PLC., its environment and factors influencing its customers. The thesis is based on theoretical knowledge of marketing, which is used for the company description in the practical part of the work. Based on the existing information a proposal of development and improvement of marketing activities in this company is suggested.
