V mé bakalářské práci na téma Návrh řešení fluktuace zaměstnanců ve společnosti se budu zabývat řešením personálních problémů. Vysvětlím problém fluktuace v konkrétní společnosti. Práce bude obsahovat popis současně používaných metod ke snižování fluktuace, jejich analýzu a mé vlastní návrhy. In my bachelor's work themed Project of solution of fluctuation employees in the company I will deal with solving personal problems. I will explain problem fluctuation in concrete company. Work will contain description currently used methods to reduce fluctuation, their analysis and my personal suggestions.
