Bakalářská práce pojednává o způsobech podnikání. Zabývá se výběrem vhodného typu obchodní společnosti pro konkrétní podnikatele. Při výběru právní formy podnikání je zohledněno několik nejdůležitějších kritérií. Zvláštní pozornost je kladena na kritérium daňového zatížení. Výběr je proveden na základě analýzy jednotlivých typů obchodních společností. This bachelor thesis deals with different forms of business. The aim of the thesis is to choose a proper form of business for a specific enterpreneur. Some of the most important criteria are taken into account when choosing this proper type of an enterprise. Unique attention is put on the criterion of the tax burden. This choice is made according to some analyses of individual forms of business.
