Monitor dechu je detekční zařízení určené ke sledování periodicity dýchání novorozenců a kojenců. Zpravidla se indikuje u dětí do jednoho roku života, kdy napomáhá ke snížení rizika spojeného se spánkovou apnoí a syndromem náhlého úmrtí. Teoretická část této bakalářské práce pojednává o fyziologii dýchání, respiračních poruchách, způsobech jejich monitorování a léčbě. Cílem technické části je návrh vlastního monitorovacího zařízení pro detekci a vyhodnocování dechové frekvence. Součástí je blokové a elektrické schéma přístroje a vývojový diagram programu, který je realizován pomocí mikrokontroléru. Movement monitor is a detection device for monitoring the frequency of breathing of newborns and infants. It is usually indicated to children under the one year as a support to reduce the risk associated with sleep apnoea and Sudden Death Syndrome. The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis discusses the physiology of respiration, respiratory disorders, methods of monitoring and treatment. The aim of the technical part is to design own monitoring device for detecting and evaluating the frequency of breathing. It includes a block diagram and a wiring scheme of device and a flow chart of program, which is implemented by a microcontroller.
