Práce seznamuje a hodnotí metody pro běžný a vysokofrekvenční elektrokardiogram v závislosti na potenciálním klinickém využití pro stanovení abnormalit při srdeční ischemii. První část práce je věnována vzniku a snímání srdeční aktivity. Následně jsou v textu popsány abnormality ST segmentu a QRS komplexu v nízko- a vysokofrekvenčním elektrokardiogramu. V druhé části jsou statisticky zpracována naměřená data zdravých a nemocných subjektů a srovnány výsledky pro různá frekvenční pásma. This work introduces and evaluates methods for normal and high-frequency electrocardiogram depending on the potential clinical use for the evaluation of abnormalities in cardiac ischemia. The first part is devoted to the creation and scanning cardiac activity. Subsequently are described in the text abnormality ST segment and QRS complex in the low-and high-frequency electrocardiogram. In the second part of the statistical processing of data of healthy subjects and patiens and compared the results for different frequency bands.
