Obsah této práce se nejprve zaměřuje na strategickou a finanční analýzu vybrané společnosti, jejímž záměrem je otevřít si projekční kancelář. Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je na základě provedených analýz a také vyhodnocením dostupných finančních možností doporučit nejvýhodnější variantu financování. This bachelor thesis is focused on strategic and financial analyzes of a chosen company. The company´s aim is to open an office. The main aim of this thesis is to recommend the best choice of financing based on the analyzes of thecompany and the financial offers available on the market.
